We were so honored that Councilwoman Margaret Chin took some time out of her busy schedule to visit the Sound Studio at Girl’s Club and explain her history as an immigrant, her job in politics and her inspiration to serve as the District 1 representative. She even took our suggestions after the interview on how to improve our schools!

We had an amazing Fall Audio adventures session where we worked on producing our own music using Ableton Live and PUSH controllers. In addition to composing our own music, we studied song composition and vocal recording techniques with visiting professional music producers Suzi Analogue and Kissey Asplund and we even scored a movie trailer for “The Wizard of Earthsea” in collaboration with the animation class!
